The Leader Warranty System has been designed to make the warranty returns process as simple as possible. You can apply for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and also view the status progress of each RA# once created.

When you are creating a RA#, please complete the form with as much detail as possible including a complete description of the fault that you are experiencing and the conditions under which it occurs. Please do not use "dead" or "not working" as fault descriptions. Then Print and attach the RA# to the item to be returned to your nearest Leader RA Dept in your state for Warranty processing. RA# valid for 30 Days

**NOTE: For Leader Branded Notebook, PC, Tablet and Server please call our Support Number 1300 789 701 first and don’t create an RA# the Support Team will raise an RA# for you after discussing the problem.

If goods are not collected within 90 days from date of completion, they become the property of Leader Computers and may be disposed or sold to recover costs
