The Leader Warranty System has been designed to make the warranty returns process as simple as possible. You can apply for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and also view the status progress of each RA# once created.
Using the Leader Warranty System you will have access to manufacturer brands contact support numbers and links. It is important to contact the relevant manufacturer brand as first port of call to troubleshoot,as this may resolve the product issue on hand. If the product issue can be resolved then this saves you time and freight avoiding warranty returns not needed.
NOTE:Not all products need to be returned back to Leader for Warranty as some manufacturers will deal direct and arrange the warranty service needed. To help guide you when a RA# is applied for the Warranty System will display warranty guide messages and relevant manufacturer brand contact numbers to call.
